We are seeking an experienced and motivated **US IT Bench Sales Recruiter** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate rates with vendors/clients, schedule

interviews, and follow up with vendors.

- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and handle all

communication post-placement.

**Required Skills &**

**Qualifications**:

- 1 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong knowledge of visa types and work authorization

regulations.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and market

trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with job boards and vendor portals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working

independently.
- Familiarity with tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Existing vendor contacts and database.
- Prior experience placing consultants with system

integrators and direct clients.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
