Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants on the bench to ensure their skills are effectively marketed.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and client updates.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in bench sales/recruiting within the IT industry.

4. Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in HR or recruitment-related field.

2. Experience working with vendor management systems (VMS).

3. Familiarity with immigration processes and regulations related to hiring foreign nationals.

4. Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
