- Responsible for overseeing and executing social media marketing strategies for a company or brand.
- Content Creation and Curation: - Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). - Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content.
- Social Media Strategy: - Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.
- Community Management: - Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Analytics and Reporting: - Monitor social media metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). - Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts. - Prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Paid Advertising: - Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Social Media Advertising: - Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create ad content.
- Research and Competitive Analysis: - Conduct research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitor strategies.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Agency Experience will be highly valued
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret analytics.
- Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics.
