**Position Overview**:
**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
- Create engaging content — including posts, stories, reels, and videos — tailored for different audiences and platforms.
- Design visually appealing social media creatives using tools like Canva.
- Develop and implement a consistent posting schedule to maintain audience engagement.
- Launch and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, optimizing performance based on key KPIs.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly to build a strong online community.
- Stay current with the latest trends in social media, content formats, advertising features, and platform algorithm changes.

**Qualification Required:

- **
- 1 year of experience in social media management.
- Proven experience in running PPC campaigns, especially on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Proficiency in Canva for designing creative content.
- Strong command of major social platforms and their respective best practices.
- Good analytical skills to interpret data and optimize both organic and paid campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
