**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Operations Management topics as per the BBA 2nd Year curriculum
- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and assignments
- Encourage interactive discussions and practical understanding of operations processes
- Provide real-life industry examples and best practices to enhance learning
- Guide students on latest trends and technologies in operations management

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Relevant industry experience in operations management is preferred
- Prior teaching or training experience is Must
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex operations management concepts for students

**Contract & Remuneration**:

- Part-time visiting faculty position for the academic term
- Remuneration as per college norms and experience
- Flexible teaching schedule to accommodate professionals

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,200.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
