**Role Overview**: The Field Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing potential locations such as banks, RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), and corporate offices to organize full-day health checkup activities. This role requires on-field work, targeting designated areas on a daily basis and reporting to Sales Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and secure banks, RWAs, and corporate spaces for organizing health checkup activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the banking, corporate, and event sectors.
- Conduct daily field visits in the assigned area to identify potential locations for health checkup camps.
- Negotiate terms and secure permissions for setting up full-day health checkup activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for logístical and operational support to ensure successful execution of health camps.
- Provide daily updates and reports on sourced locations and status of approvals.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure visibility and branding at the sourced locations.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads within the healthcare and banking sectors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or sourcing, preferably in healthcare, event management, or EDC machine sales.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the healthcare or banking industry is a plus.

**Location**: Central Mumbai (Chembur-Kurla to Andheri)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
