**Job Description: Space Selling Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Advertising Sales**: Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue advertising sales for the magazine.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets by selling advertisement space in the magazine to potential clients across relevant industries.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with current advertisers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Outbound Sales**: Conduct outbound calls to prospects, promoting available advertising opportunities and subscription packages.
- **Market Understanding**: Gain a thorough understanding of the magazine’s audience, market trends, and industry competitors to effectively sell advertising space.
- **Collaborate with Marketing**: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional campaigns for advertising and subscription sales.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare sales reports, track performance against targets, and provide regular updates to management.
- **Networking & Lead Generation**: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and expand the magazine's reach.
- **Billing & Client Follow-ups**: Ensure timely billing and follow-up with clients to ensure smooth transactions and payments.
- **Data Management**: Manage client accounts, track sales data, and maintain organized records.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience in advertising sales, preferably in the media or magazine industry, is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,192.63 - ₹40,957.75 per month
