Location: Mumbai, India
About the Company:
Worldex India is a leading organizer of international B2B exhibitions, trade delegations, and conferences, connecting global businesses and industries through impactful trade platforms.
Job Overview:
We are looking for proactive and result-driven Sales Executives/Managers to promote and sell exhibition spaces, sponsorships, and participation packages for our trade shows and business events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell exhibition booth spaces and event participation packages.
- Identify and acquire new clients – corporations, trade associations, and government agencies.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat participation.
- Develop sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in exhibitions or events).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to close deals and build client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Compensation & Work Details:
- Salary: ₹7,00,000 per annum + performance incentives.
- Working Days: 6 days/week (2nd & 4th Saturday off; working Saturdays near exhibition dates).
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Positions Available: 3–4.
