Key Responsibilities:

- **Sponsorship Sales**:

- Identifying and approaching potential sponsors.
- Creating and tailoring sponsorship packages to meet client needs.
- Negotiating and closing sponsorship deals.
- Managing relationships with existing sponsors.
- Promoting event benefits to potential sponsors.
- **Delegate Sales**:

- Identifying potential delegates for events.
- Promoting event benefits and value proposition to delegates.
- Closing sales deals and ensuring delegate registration.
- Collaborating with marketing and event teams to develop sales strategies.
- **General Sales**:

- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Managing sales pipelines.
- Negotiating contracts and renewals.
- **Event Management**:

- Attending trade shows, exhibitions, or events.
- Participating in event planning and logistics.
- Coordinating with various teams (marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth event execution.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
