**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for employees.
- Develop training materials, hands-on labs, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and practical sessions on cybersecurity topics.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and update them as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to employees on security protocols and practices.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best security measures within the organization.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity training or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of network security, ethical hacking, risk management, incident response, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working as a cybersecurity instructor/trainer.
- Familiarity with cloud security, penetration testing, and forensic analysis.
- Ability to conduct both online and in-person training sessions.
