**Job Summary**
ITnow Inc is seeking an In-house Coding Trainer with +2-3 years of experience to join our team. As an In-house Coding Trainer at ITnow Inc, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive training programs to aspiring professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to train and mentor students, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in the rapidly evolving technology landscape. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by empowering individuals with coding skills and helping them achieve their career goals. This is a full-time position based.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver coding lessons to students in an online setting.
- Teach programming languages such as OOPs, Data structure, JavaScript, HTML,

CSS, etc., and related concepts like algorithms, and data structures.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
- Design and develop coding curriculum and lesson plans for various programming languages and technologies.
- Deliver interactive and engaging coding instruction to individuals and groups of students.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to students during their learning journey.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest coding languages, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure the curriculum's relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the instructional team to continuously improve the curriculum and learning experience.
- Conduct coding workshops, coding challenges, and other educational activities to enhance students' learning and problem-solving skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of coding educational resources, including documentation, tutorials, and practice exercises.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant information.
- Assist in organizing coding competitions, hackathons, or other coding-related events to promote student involvement and enthusiasm.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, OOPs,

Data Structures
- Experience in teaching or mentoring individuals in coding or computer science concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven experience in coding instruction or related roles, preferably in a professional training or educational setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex coding concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Passion for teaching and a strong desire to help others learn and succeed.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with instructional design and curriculum development is a plus.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools is beneficial.

- A Stable Internet Connection (At Least 100 Mbps)
- Must be available to work From 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST (6:00 P.M. - 2:30 A.M.

IST) - Flexible timings depending on the batches

**Education Requirements**
BE / B.Tech / BCA / M.Tech / MCA with a computer science background or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience.
