**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Java programming courses, including both theoretical and practical instruction, to students in a online setting.
- Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they are relevant and aligned with current industry standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students throughout the course, addressing questions and helping them troubleshoot coding challenges.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to ensure student success.
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and software development best practices.
- Collaborate with the Codertia team to continuously improve training methods and course content.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java programming and software development.
- Teaching or training experience in Java is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way.
- Ability to work effectively in a online setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
