Full Time Online Coding Tutor

KnowMerit Private Limited is an Indian educational technology startup company with its headquarters located in Hyderabad. We are currently focused on offering live 1-On-1 tutoring services globally to the K-12 segment and for competitive exams. As a KnowMerit Coding teacher, your primary responsibility will be to teach Coding to students remotely through various online platforms such as video conferencing, virtual whiteboards, and other digital tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver online Coding lessons to students of different levels and abilities.
- Prepare teaching materials, including worksheets, assignments, and assessments, to support the learning process.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students on their progress and areas for improvement. - Assess student understanding and identify areas where they may need additional help or support.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation in Coding.
- Communicate with parents, maintain accurate records of students attendance, performance and progress.
- Prepare US Curriculum for Grade 1 to 12. Shift Night shift ,

US Students. Timings - 8:30PM - 8:30AM

Pay Range For 6 Slots - Payout range is under 18k to 20k

For 8 Slots - Payout range is under 20k to 22k

Qualifications: To qualify for the role of an online Coding teacher, you will typically need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Application or a related field.

Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills in English with no MTI, strong organisational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

You may also need experience using online teaching platforms and tools, as well as a good understanding of different learning styles and strategies for teaching Coding effectively online. Prior experience of teaching Coding in an edtech is an added advantage.
