**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Deliver Training Content**:

- Design and develop comprehensive cybersecurity training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging and interactive remote training sessions using virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced learners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
- **Curriculum Management**:

- Maintain and update existing training materials to reflect current industry standards and emerging threats.
- Develop and implement practical lab exercises and simulations to reinforce learning.
- Create and administer assessments to evaluate learner comprehension and progress.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Provide clear and concise explanations of complex cybersecurity concepts.
- Demonstrate practical skills in areas such as network security, penetration testing, incident response, and security awareness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions.
- **Learner Support**:

- Answer learner questions and provide feedback on their performance.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and learner progress.
- Provide feedback on training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a cybersecurity role.
- Proven experience in delivering cybersecurity training or presentations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practices.
- Proficiency in various cybersecurity domains, such as network security, penetration testing, incident response, or security awareness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience 1 with remote training platforms and tools.

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
