We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive coffee bean sales in the field. If you are passionate about coffee and have a knack for sales, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Targets: Achieve a minimum daily sales target of coffee beans.
- Lead Generation:Identify and approach potential customers such as cafés, restaurants, corporate offices, hotels, and other relevant establishments.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Presentation: Educate potential clients on ACOMOCA’s premium coffee beans, their quality, and benefits, and provide samples when required.
- Order Management: Ensure timely collection and processing of orders and payments from customers.
- Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers about the product and share insights with the management team to refine sales strategies.
- Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports on sales activities, leads approached, and progress towards targets.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG sector.
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of coffee and the F&B industry is an advantage.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Additional Requirements:

- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler for traveling within the assigned region.
- Availability: Flexibility to work on-field and meet clients during business hours.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
