Job Description for a Canadian Soft Process

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
- Should have previous experience in Renewals and upselling

**Requirements**:

- HSC/Graduate Fresher
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate Joiner.

Shift Timings: International
2 rotational week off
