**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partner Acquisition & Management**: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including brokers and financial advisors to generate LAP leads.
- **Sales Growth**: Promote Loan Against Property products to partners and support them in achieving monthly sales targets.
- **Documentation Handling**: Collect, verify, and ensure accurate and complete documentation from clients for smooth loan processing.
- **Partner Training & Support**: Provide ongoing guidance, basic product training, and assistance to partners to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep up with market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and suggestions for improving partner engagement and business outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory; other regional languages are a plus.
- **Education**: Graduate degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,500.00 per month
