**Roles and Responsibility**

Citrix Administrator

Job Description - Citrix:
Design, configure, and support the integrated components of the XenApp 7.15 / 1912 CU2 and NetScaler Ver-13 components for highest attainable levels of system reliability, availability, and maintainability.

Establish and maintain standards for Citrix configuration and maintenance procedures.

Establish and maintain standards for Citrix server builds and the build process.

Coordinate and manage Citrix servers and its components upgrades and maintenance tasks.

Work closely with network engineering team on the LAN architecture.

Diagnose and resolve system problems using Wireshark, Procmon and other relevant monitoring tools.

Design and implement group policies for all Citrix servers.

Design and implement Citrix policies for all Citrix servers.

Optimized Windows servers for best performance using automated scripts through PowerShell.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Working knowledge on XenApp higher version 7.15 LTSR and 1912 also NetScaler 13.

Proficient in PowerShell scripting to which enhance the daily monitoring and operational activities.

Proficient in using Citrix and network monitoring tools like Wireshark.

Proficient in using other monitoring tools for troubleshooting Sev-1 and doing problem management through Procmon, CDF and CRD tools.
