**System Administrator - Skills**

**Mandatory skills - VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure) with Citrix experience**

**Other skills**
- Knowledge and experience of different operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.)
- Hardware knowledge (Computer hardware, Printer, scanner, hard disk, Ram etc.) DNS, DHCP, office 365, Exchange server
- Basic Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, VMware etc.
- Install and configure software, hardware and networks
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Identify system requirements and install upgrades
- Maintains, secure and upgrade a web system and create a backup and safeguard the data
- Perform account setup for new and old employees Track emerging technologies and implement them in the organization
- Troubleshooting, Configuration, Monitoring, Upgrade - Design, implement, deployment, migration etc.

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Citrix: 3 years (preferred)
