We are currently seeking exceptional talent with experience in international voice process.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and owning the experience with a primary focus on handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting service for customers.

This position is responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers, resolving complex questions, solving issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
0-3 years experience in a customer-facing or sales environment, experience handling inbound/outbound calls,working with US process.

Please note
- Domestic experience is not considered.

Exemplary oral and written communications / comprehension skills in English.

Background in a customer focused or problem-solving environment

Promoting and sells products and services to customers

Ability to work independently without direct, onsite supervision

Strong customer focus, problem solving skills, and time management skills

Experience in complaint handling and resolution
