**BPO Executive / Customer Service Representative / Telecaller**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused BPO Executive to manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve client issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and determining solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service.
- Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
