**Job Title: BPO Associate - Voice Process (International)**

**Location**: Gurugram
**Salary**: Up to 35K - 38K per month
**Experience**: 1+ Year in International BPO Process
**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree in Any Field
**Department**: Customer Support / Voice Process

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing customer requests and documenting interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and friendly communication.
- Meet or exceed established performance goals (e.g., response time, quality, and customer satisfaction).
- Follow internal procedures to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective performance targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in a Voice Process, specifically in an international BPO.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts (24/7 operations).
- Strong customer orientation and dedication to providing high-quality service.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to customer service or support in an international environment.
