**Job Description: Customer Service Representative - International BPO (Australian Process)**

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 + Incentives

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- **Must have proficiency in English (Versant Level 3 or 4).**

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the telecom sector preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years experienced in BPO.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Australian telecom process, providing excellent customer support.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, technical issues, and service activations or upgrades.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to process guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals.

**Shift Timings**:

- Rotational shifts aligned with Australian business hours.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to resolve customer issues with a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and handle pressure effectively.
