We are looking for people with min 6 months of Customer Care/BPO experience for ITES Company based out of Gurgaon.

- Provide Customer Support
- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.

**Eligibility**:

- 6 months experience in Customer care
- Good communication skills

**Educational Qualification**:
**Any Graduate**

**Good Knowledge of networking**

**Compensation: 22,000 - 24,000 in hand**
