Role: Onboarding Officer

Shift Timing - 03:30 am (IST) to 12:30 pm (IST) (1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays are working)

**Job Description**:
As a customer onboarding officer, you are required to set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts. As a Customer Onboarding officer, you will educate new customers, help solve procedural problems, ensure the smooth adoption of our products and services, and deliver an amazing customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with sales team to facilitate the collection of relevant documents in accordance with the prevailing account set up procedures.
- To provide support and guidance to sales team throughout the documentation/form completion process.
- Review the documentation requirement and completeness during verification stage.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative check on New Account Documentation for all clients.
- Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist many new customers with implementation.
- Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales, finance, operations, and technology teams for smooth transition.
- Establish strong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepen relationships with existing customer stakeholders.

Profile Prerequisites:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM’s and allied tools.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience.
- Advanced organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
