**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our automobile accessories range to offer tailored recommendations and support to customers.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, COD conformations and tracking, ensuring a smooth transaction and delivery process.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly, aiming for first contact resolution and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback on products and services, identifying trends and making suggestions for improvement to the management team.
- **Returns and Refunds**: Process returns and refunds in accordance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Database Management**: Accurately log all customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for future reference and analysis.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the eCommerce or automotive sectors.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and empathetically.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable navigating eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and CRM systems, with a basic understanding of social media platforms.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of thinking on your feet to provide solutions.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive work culture.
- **Education**: Graduation is required; a degree or certification in a related field (e.g., automotive, customer service) is a plus.

**Additional Information**

**Location**: Malviya Nagar, New Delhi (in-office)

**Hours**: 9:00Am to 6:00PM, Mon
- Sat, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Salary & Benefits**: Competitive salary package
