**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various international markets.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant international platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage substantial monthly budgets (₹1-2 Crore) effectively and efficiently, maximizing ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports on key metrics.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure campaign alignment.
- Present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms and vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably with international focus.
- Demonstrable experience managing significant budgets (₹1-2 Crore).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant international advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
