**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing to Order dispatching to the Customer.
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance support and day-to-day updates of inventory, site merchandising, product details and support with new launches
- Provide ongoing reporting for inventory metrics, market analysis and operations best practices
- Support liaison with communication needs across departments
- Point of contact for queries about online orders, item set-up, and data collection.
- Manage all Online Portal like (Flipkart, Amazon, Sanpdeal, Etc.)
- Prepare reports on weekly/monthly basis and submit to Managements
- Communicating with Logistics partners and arranging shipments
- Supervising product packaging and order shipping
- Responsible for making consignments and follow up till dispatched.
- Handling products related queries and customer feedbacks
- Responsible for follow up from start till dispatch and making sure for timely delivery of consignments
- Check and verify returns and file claims for damaged products
- Manage warehouse staff and delegate work to them.
- **Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in operations, business, or other related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on e-commerce, and/or operations experience
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Pro-active problem-solver with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of creating positive impact on all aspects of the business
- Perform other duties as required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
