- **Job RoleJob Summary: The Ecommerce Executive is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our online sales and digital retail presence. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, a data-driven mindset, and a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies. The Ecommerce executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online sales growth, enhance the customer experience, and ensure the overall success of our e-commerce operations.Key Responsibilities: ? Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention. ? Performance campaigns: Conceptualize and optimize ad Campaigns (end to end) across various market places. Create and share weekly reports for the same. ? Catalog Management: Oversee the digital catalog, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management. Ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date. ? Competitor research: Should be able to analyze the various categories and stay up to date with the daily market trends and must be able to optimize our offerings and stay competitive in the market. ? Business Development: Coordinate with the business teams at various market places and achieve the set targets on a weekly basis. ? Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics tools to measure key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve online sales and user experience. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team. ? Conversion Optimization: Continuously optimize the e-commerce platform for conversion rate improvement and user experience enhancements to increase sales. ? Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all the platforms on a daily basis. Perform regular audits and reconciliation of inventory across warehouses. Knowledge on handling Amazon FCs or multi warehouse setup is preferred.Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in technology or marketing from tier-1 colleges ? Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. ? Should have proficient knowledge in MS-Excel ? Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills ? Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team ? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.**
