We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Sales & Marketing** **Coordinator** to join our Thane-based team. This role is **100% field-oriented** and is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, values performance, and enjoys taking ownership of their sales pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to meet performance targets
- Visit client locations for property showings, consultations, and relationship building
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and schedule site visits
- Drive conversions through personalized property recommendations and active follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or field marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Thane and surrounding areas
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in team handling is a plus
