**Role Overview**:
Ignify Solutions seeks a driven Marketing Sales Coordinator with strong school admissions knowledge to support sales, admissions, marketing, vendor management, operations, and recruitment activities for educational institutions in Mumbai and Thane.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support sales teams with lead management, follow-ups, and progress tracking for school admissions and business targets.
- Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and events to enhance school visibility and student enrollment.
- Assist with school admission drives, open houses, and event planning (school admissions experience required).
- Train and support tele callers and counselors, improving conversion rates and efficient handling of parent inquiries/objections.
- Liaise with vendors and agencies for promotional materials, advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders.
- Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new staff members.
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, founders, vendors, and partners.
- Travel to different school locations for campaign and operations support as needed.
- Assist founders with travel, calendar management, meetings, confidential correspondence, and general administrative support.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, operations, school management, or executive assistance.
- **School admissions knowledge is mandatory.**:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and resolve problems proactively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai and Thane.
**Job Type**: Full-time (Work from home, Mumbai-based)
**Benefits**: Cell phone reimbursement, Commission pay, Flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, weekend availability)
