We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Business Development Sales Team. The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to our Sales Team. A successful Sales Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job Profile:

- Order Generation
- Negotiation & Coordination with Vendors and customers for offer price, order confirmation, delivery & dispatch with accuracy and timeliness
- Target budgeting
- Processing credit/debit notes for purchase/sales return
- Preparation of on-cost budgets
- Handling the quotations, proposals and payment recovery
- Coordination with field representative and customer
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Prerequisites:

- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
