Aaji Care is actively looking for a confident individual with good communication skills to join our team as a Sales Coordinator cum Customer Relationship Manager. Your ultimate goal for this job position is to get new clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying clients’ needs and requirements.
- Sales & lead generation
- Maintains client records by updating detailed information.
- Daily follow-up with operational team & updating lead status.
- Manage Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner
- Cross-selling services to the clients.

**Key Skills**:

- Fluent in English
- BPO Experience Added Advantage
- Graduate Freshers+ Excellent Communication can apply
- 12th + BDE/BPO calling Experience / Inhouse Sales / Cross Selling / Inbound / Outbound Sales + Fluent English Communication

**Job Timing: 10.30 am to 7.00 pm**

**2 Sundays & 2 rotational leaves monthly**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
