**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop and laptop systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Manage VPN connections and ensure secure access to the network.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including firewalls, TCP/IP configurations, and DNS settings.
- Utilize tools such as SCCM, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Jira for ticketing and issue tracking.
- Conduct analysis of system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support mobile devices and ensure compatibility with existing IT systems.
- Collaborate with network administration teams to resolve connectivity issues within LAN environments.
- Maintain documentation of technical procedures and user guides to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with users to understand their needs.

**Experience**
- Knowledge of desktop support practices including hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
- Understanding of computer networking principles including TCP, DNS, LAN configurations, and firewall management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems effectively.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: ₹1,100.00 per month
