**About Us**:
Chayam Tea is a leading tea company based in Kolkata, India. We specialize in a wide range of premium teas, including flavored, black, green, and herbal teas.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to bridge the gap between sales and operations teams. The role will involve processing orders, coordinating transportation, providing customer updates, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:Accurately process customer orders, verifying details, checking inventory availability, and generating necessary documentation. Handle order-related coordination, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for efficient fulfillment.
- Liaise with the **warehouse team** to ensure timely order processing.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on order status, addressing delivery inquiries, and resolving issues as they arise.
- **Transportation Coordination**:Organize shipping methods, select carriers, and manage pick-up and delivery schedules, ensuring customer requirements and logístical constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **sales coordination, operations, or order processing** is preferred.
- Excellent **communication and organizational skills**.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
