**Job Description**:

- *As a Field Sales & Marketing Specialist at JTS Group, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and generating business opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting ground surveys, generating leads, and identifying key contacts within target organizations. Your efforts will contribute to the growth of our business and establish JTS Group as a trusted partner in the Indian industrial sector.

Brief Job Description of Employee
- Conduct ground surveys and market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and Urgency.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish relationships with them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches to potential clients to take appointment for seniors for Profile presentation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market intelligence.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the necessary team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities-Requirements & skilss:

- MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Indian industrial market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse data effectively.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding given targets.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, MS Office particularly expertise in excel, power point.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory across industrial areas on PAN India level.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
