Job Description:
We are looking for a business leader to drive sales in Chennai, India. As a Regional Business Leader, you will be responsible for managing the company's sales business and processes to achieve high profitability and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional business team to achieve sales growth across various segments, including F&B, HVAC, Pulp & Paper, Cranes, and Lifts.
- Grow and streamline the business by improving processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with external and internal stakeholders to improve business processes and increase productivity.

Requirements:
- Engineering graduate with 8-10 years of experience in engineering sales.
- Knowledge of the HVAC market and products, such as fans, pumps, drives, switch gears, BMS, etc.
- Prior experience in channel management and people management is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to drive growth through initiatives and effective communication skills.
- Good communication skills in English, verbal and written, and other regional languages will be an added advantage.
