B.Pharm / MBA / Any graduate with extensive Pharma sales experience

7 to 15 years

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage multiple
    Area Sales Managers and their teams
    across the South Indian region.
  • Drive regional sales performance to meet or exceed revenue and market share targets.
  • Conduct regular
    performance evaluations
    of ASMs and their respective Medical Representative teams.
  • Provide
    strategic guidance, coaching, and mentoring
    to enhance team capability and efficiency.
  • Analyze
    regional market trends
    , competitor strategies, and customer insights to fine-tune sales tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with the
    marketing team
    to design and execute high-impact regional promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement a
    comprehensive regional sales strategy
    aligned with organizational goals.
  • Schedule and conduct
    regular review meetings
    with ASMs and field staff to align on KPIs and action plans.
  • Build and sustain a
    positive, target-oriented, and collaborative work culture
    throughout the region.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and reporting norms.
