Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion:: Steering sales across the Southern region by identifying untapped market opportunities, driving new customer acquisitions, and expanding business footprint across industrial and mobility segments.

Territory P&L Ownership:: Managing revenue, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives for the South region while ensuring sustainable business growth and alignment with corporate objectives.

Strategic Account Management:: Building long-term partnerships with OEMs , large fleet operators, and institutional clients through consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and continuous value delivery.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:: Leading, mentoring, and motivating a multi-disciplinary sales & service team, driving performance excellence through skill development, goal setting, and performance reviews.

Process & Performance Optimization:: Implementing structured sales planning, demand forecasting, and CRM-driven customer engagement to ensure predictability in sales cycles and higher operational efficiency.

Techno Commercial Operations.

Planning for nationwide production.

Collecting order from  South Region on weekly basis, accumulate the same and share
with factory in weekly basis.

To make daily basis despatch plan with coordination with SCM and factory despatch
team.

To manage inventory flow and dispatches across the Region, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness.

Coordinated with R&D for designs and drawings, providing immediate clarifications
for timely production.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have Engineering Graduate (Full time) .

Must have experience in B2B Sales or Industrial Sales

Must have work experience in South Region .

Candidate with work experience in the Material Handling Equipment/ Mining Locomotives/ Golf Cart or any Electric Vehicles industries are preferred.
