**Job Summary**:
The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This role requires a friendly, professional, and efficient individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Guest Service Agent is responsible for handling all guest interactions, including check-in/check-out, reservations, inquiries, and resolving guest issues promptly and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Relations**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.
- Build rapport with guests to foster repeat business.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.

**Front Desk Operations**:

- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Manage guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Operate the hotel's property management system (PMS) effectively.
- Distribute and manage guest keys and access cards.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to fulfil guest requests.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports and logs.
- Manage the hotel switchboard and transfer calls appropriately.
- Handle guest mail and packages.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
