**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for fostering positive relationships with our guests by providing outstanding customer service, resolving concerns, and ensuring all guests have a memorable experience. The GRE will act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback, playing an essential role in creating a welcoming and positive environment at the brewery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests as they arrive and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, both in-person and over the phone.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure guests are aware of the brewery’s offerings, including current beer selections, food menus, and special events.
- Provide information about brewery tours, tastings, and upcoming events to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and effective communication.
- Monitor guest flow and assist in seating arrangements when needed, ensuring efficient operations.
- Track and respond to guest feedback through surveys, social media, and direct communication to improve the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests at all times.
- Support in organizing and executing brewery events, such as tastings, live music, and seasonal promotions.
- Assist in managing the brewery’s reservations system and coordinate event bookings.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in guest-facing areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a guest relations, customer service, or hospitality role, preferably in a brewery, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- A genuine passion for craft beer and the brewery industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of the brewery’s product offerings, or the willingness to learn about craft beer and the brewing process, is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
