**Your Role in Our Story**
As a **Guest Relations Executive**, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing personalized service throughout their visit. Your role is crucial in enhancing guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional hospitality and addressing guest concerns effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Assist guests with reservations, seating, and special requests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Manage guest queries and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate and fulfill guest needs.
- Ensure the guest experience aligns with TEHPL’s high standards of service and hospitality.
- Maintain guest records, feedback, and preferences to provide personalized service during repeat visits.
- Foster relationships with guests by creating lasting impressions and encouraging return visits.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure guests receive an extraordinary dining experience.
- Promote special events, menu highlights, and any ongoing offers to enhance the guest experience.
- Stay updated on restaurant operations and offerings to answer guest inquiries confidently.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- **Passion for Hospitality**: A genuine love for creating memorable guest experiences.

- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Quick thinking and decision-making to address guest issues effectively.

- **Positive Attitude**: Warm, energetic, and always willing to go the extra mile for guests.
- **Experience**: At least 2+ years in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
