We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the benefits of Noize Supplements' products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other channels.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve customer experience and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the sports nutrition industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
