Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. This role combines sales support, customer relationship management, and operational coordination to ensure seamless business operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales

  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Sales Support: Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product/service information.
  • Follow-Up: Track leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Operations

  • Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics, supply chain, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
  • Documentation: Manage and maintain operational records, PI etc.
  • Reporting: Generate periodic sales and operational reports for management review.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2-5 yrs of Experience in similar profile

Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
