**Hiring: B2B Inside Sales Executive (2-4 Years)**

Are you passionate about generating high-quality B2B leads and driving outreach in a fast-paced IT environment? Antier Solutions Pvt Ltd is a global leader in blockchain, Web3, and digital transformation services, is looking for a dynamic **Inside Sales [B2B] Executive** to join our team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research and identify potential B2B leads within IT and preferably in Web3, and AI domain
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM / data records accurately.
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for nurturing and follow-up.
- Track performance and suggest improvements in lead gen strategies.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication skills and persuasive outreach techniques.
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and target-oriented.
