**Inside Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.

**Sales Process & Reporting**:

- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales records.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve sales strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in **inside sales, telesales, or business development**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude toward sales.
