We are looking for a motivated **Online Sales Executive** to join the TOCKEN Sales Team. You will be the first point of contact for **property owners and landlords** looking to list their properties for **resale or lease**. Your job is to assist, educate, and convert leads into active listings through our mobile app and portal.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a motivated Online Sales Executive to join the TOCKEN Sales Team. You will be the first point of contact for property owners and landlords looking to list their properties for resale or lease. Your job is to assist, educate, and convert leads into active listings through our mobile app and portal.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with property owners interested in resale or lease listings
- Explain the value of TOCKEN’s broker-free, verified listing model
- Assist users in completing their listing, uploading documents, and verifying ownership
- Manage and follow up with leads via WhatsApp, CRM, and phone
- Guide owners through Aadhaar verification and secure onboarding
- Track and update daily activity in CRM
- Work closely with the support team to ensure listing quality and completeness
- Drive conversions by understanding user intent and resolving objections

**Requirement**
- Strong spoken communication in Hindi, English (Marathi/Tamil/Kannada is a plus).
- High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and maintain follow-up discipline.

**Performance KPIs**
- Daily listing activation count.
- Owner engagement and verification success rate.
- Follow-up cycle completion.
- Conversion of free listings to verified listings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
