Role Description

Order Management
: Take and process online orders accurately and efficiently using Point-of-Sale (POS) or e-commerce systems. This includes handling payments, returns, and exchanges. - Order Fulfillment Coordination
: Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped on time, maintaining product quality and freshness. - Inventory Management (Online)
: Monitor online stock levels, update product availability, and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure the online store is always stocked with available items. - Website/Platform Maintenance
: Ensure the online product displays are accurate and visually appealing, including correct descriptions, pricing, and images. - Promotions and Upselling
: Actively promote special offers, new items, and seasonal promotions online, and suggest complementary products (e.g., candles with a cake) to increase sales. - Issue Resolution
: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Data Entry and Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data, and potentially prepare sales reports for management.
Responsibilities
No certifications required.
Good written and communication skills are preferred.
