**Position**: Online Sales Executive
**Location**: Polco Head Office
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**CTC**: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Management**:

- Source potential leads and follow up effectively.
- Convert leads into successful sales through consistent communication.
- **Sales Management**:

- Oversee and track online sales performance.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- **Platform & Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory on online platforms.
- Ensure accurate listing of products and timely updates.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- **Marketing Activities**:

- Perform cold calling to generate new leads.
- **Collaboration & Problem Solving**:

- Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and solve challenges related to sales and customer service.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduate or higher.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Word.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical aptitude for online platforms.
- Enthusiastic and proactive individuals with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
