**Job Title**: Field Operations & Order Dispatch Assistant
**Location**: Gurugram
**Job Type**: Full Time
**Reports To**: Operations Manager
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate and oversee order dispatch**, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- **Work in the field to monitor order fulfillment and resolve delivery-related issues.**:
- Liaise with logistics teams, suppliers, and customers to track order status.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and replenishment as needed.
- Communicate with sales representatives and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
- Maintain and update delivery schedules, reports, and operational records.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order tracking and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Identify and resolve any field-related operational challenges.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience in field operations, logistics, or order dispatching.**:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain management.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus).
